1. No Cancellations or Refunds
Due to the professional and digital nature of tax consulting, financial planning, and CA-assisted services, all service sales and subscriptions are final.
Once a payment is successfully processed and our team allocates professional resources or starts working on your documentation, we do not accept or process requests for cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
Fees paid for time-sensitive compliance tasks or government portal applications (such as GST registrations, MSME setup, or company incorporation filings) are non-refundable once documentation compilation has begun.
2. Service Modification & Errors
In the rare event that a tax filing, declaration, or compliance process cannot be successfully completed due to a verifiable administrative mistake, technical omission, or error entirely on our part:
- Our senior compliance team will make every reasonable effort to correct the error at no additional cost to you.
- We will prepare and submit revised filings or provide an alternate appropriate solution to fulfill your legal obligation promptly.
3. Transaction Duplications & Processing Timelines
If a payment exception is formally approved by management (such as a verified duplicate charge or overpayment error due to gateway system glitches):
- The approved refund amount will be initiated securely via our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Refunds are routed directly back to the customer's original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
- Standard processing and credit reflection timelines take approximately 5 to 7 working days for domestic Indian banking networks.
